Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of non-financial performance measures on managerial performance and to determine the mediating effect of role clarity between the influence of non-financial performance measures on managerial performance. This study uses a quantitative method. The data used are primary data with questionnaires as data collection. The data for this study were obtained from 158 questionnaires distributed to companies located in the Surabaya Industrial Real Estate (SEER) area. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that non-financial performance measures and role clarity can significantly positively influence managerial performance, non-financial performance measures can significantly positively influence role clarity and role clarity can significantly mediate the influence of non-financial performance measures on managerial performance.
