This type of research is quantitative descriptive using an explanatory approach. Sampling was conducted at Bank Mandiri CCR Surabaya and the sample size was 121 people from a total population of 157 people. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The test results showed that the hypothesis was accepted with the results being able to mediate. This means that a high workload causes work stress to increase and has an impact on decreasing receivables collection performance, while a good work environment causes work stress to decrease and has an impact on increasing receivables collection performance
