Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the direct effect of free cash flow on the agency cost of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, empirically test the direct effect of agency cost on the performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, and empirically test the indirect effect of free cash flow on the performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange through agency cost. The population used in the study is 131 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2009-2013.
