Abstract
By looking at the results of the analysis of the entire empirical discussion of this research in Bank X, it can be concluded that: Evaluation of the quality of the process stage in the transaction processing systems in Bank X using the Six Sigma approach shows that the performance results of the Bank Trade system are not good, resulting in outstanding items. Input volume, report detail and file usage of the Bank Trade system are dimensions of the quality of the process stage in the transaction processing systems of Bank X whose results are not good and require comprehensive quality improvement. Evaluation of the quality of the process stage in the transaction processing systems in Bank X using the Six Sigma approach, the application capability of the Bank Trade system is 3.57 sigma, its performance needs to be improved with continuous improvement.
