Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Self Efficacy, Achievement Motivation on lecturer performance, which is moderated by Perceived Organizational Support on lecturers of Private Universities (PTS) with A accreditation Kopertis Region VII in East Java. Data were collected by distributing 150 copies of questionnaires to lecturers. The study was conducted from March to August 2016. Research data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of the study indicate that Self Efficacy, Achievement Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Affective Commitment, while Self Efficacy, Achievement Motivation, Affective Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Performance. Perceived Organizational Support as a moderating variable is proven to strengthen the influence of Affective Commitment on the Performance of lecturers of Private Universities with A accreditation Kopertis Region VII in East Java.
