Abstract

This research, which was conducted at Lavalette Hospital, analyzed performance evaluation using the Malcolm Baldridge Criteria for Performance Excellent (MBCfPE) approach. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance assessment of Lavalette Hospital in 2012, determine the company's class position and analyze the relationship between process and outcome categories in the MBCfPE approach. Based on the performance measurement results, it shows that Lavalette Hospital's final score was 305.5 or entered the early results company level. Apart from that, from the analysis results it is known that there is a gap in score achievement between the process category and the results category. This gap can be caused by weak implementation of existing methods/systems and the absence of measurement of several performance indicators.
