The research method uses a quantitative explanatory approach through hypothesis testing using a population of all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016 to 2018. Using a purposive sampling method with predetermined sample criteria, 231 companies were obtained that met the sample criteria. The statistical analysis used SPSS software and for environmental efficiency, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was used. The results of this study indicate that in model 1, raw material use, competition, and company size have a positive effect on environmental efficiency, while environmental policies have no effect on environmental efficiency.
