Abstract

Measuring the performance of MSMEs cannot be separated from the performance of their owners. Because MSMEs are established starting from the hard work of their owners. The progress of MSMEs is determined by their owners. And most existing MSMEs are still unorganized and still completely rely on their owners. This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial network capabilities on the performance of MSME owners with commitment as a mediator in MSMEs in Surabaya. The method used is quantitative research. The sample is 160 MSME owners. The analysis technique used is path analysis processed with the AMOS 22 program. The mediation test is processed with Sobel. The results show that entrepreneurial networks and entrepreneurial orientation influence the performance of MSME owners. Entrepreneurial networks and entrepreneurial orientation influence commitment. Commitment influences MSME performance. Thus, commitment partially mediates the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial network capabilities on the performance of MSME owners.
