Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of leadership style, conflict resolution skills, and intuitive skills on company leading change. Leadership style consists of two aspects, namely task-oriented and people-oriented leadership styles. The independent variables are leadership style, conflict resolution skills, and intuitive skills, while the dependent variable is leading change. This study aims to examine whether leadership style, conflict resolution skills, and intuitive skills simultaneously have a significant effect on leading change. Does the dominant leadership style have an effect on leading change? Data were obtained by conducting a survey of 95 permanent employees of PG Djatiroto - Lumajang. Data analysis used multiple regression using the SPSS 18.0 program. The test results obtained from the first hypothesis indicate that leadership style, conflict resolution skills, and intuitive skills have a significant effect on leading change. With the calculated F value = 38.581> F table = 2.705 with a significance value of 0.000. for the second hypothesis shows that leadership style is the dominant variable that influences leading change. Based on the Beta value of leadership style of 0.336 (the largest value) with people-oriented leadership style having the greatest effect.
