Abstract
Humans in their social interactions need guidelines to be able to carry out daily activities so as not to disturb and sacrifice the interests of others, namely with ethics. Ethics can be applied anywhere, including within a company, but not all employees in a company have the same ethical values as the company. The suitability of values between employees and the company can produce something positive, "a strong fit between employees and the organization (person-organization fit) can result in positive outcomes for both, including reduced turnover rates, OCB (Hoffman and Woehr, 2006), job satisfaction and commitment" (Varquer et al., 2003). As an organization engaged in the field of PG-TK-SD education, Al-Chusnaini requires behavior outside of formal descriptions (organizational citizenship behavior) to be able to provide maximum service, especially by teachers, so that students will more easily understand the learning process and the organization can operate more effectively. This study aims to determine whether the application of ethical values (corporate ethical values) in a company can influence the suitability of values between employees and the organization (person-organization fit) so that it can give rise to job satisfaction and organizational commitment which then results in work behavior outside formal roles (organizational citizenship behavior) at PG-TK-SD Al-Chusnaini. This study uses a quantitative approach using Partial Least Square to test the research hypothesis. The sample in this study amounted to 52 people who are permanent employees of PG-TK-SD Al-Chusnaini. The results of this study indicate that corporate ethical values have a significant positive effect on person-organization fit, then person-organization fit has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, followed by job satisfaction and organizational commitment having a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PG-TK-SD Al-Chusnaini.
