Abstract

Where the increase in the UMK set by the government is very difficult to predict in the last three years, this requires Aerofood ACS SUB to be able to increase the productivity of its employees to be able to contribute more to the company. To measure this productivity, the company needs a tool to be able to measure the extent to which employees can meet the targets set by the company so that individual performance measurements are needed that are not only measured by competency or behavior as is currently the case but performance measurements that are measured by work results. This study analyzes the company's vision, mission, goals, strategies, and job analysis and compiles individual performance indicators consisting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and work behavior (competencies) in the Production and Operations divisions. The company's vision, mission, goals and strategies are lowered to the division level to compile the vision, mission, goals and strategies of the production and operational divisions. Based on job analysis and analysis of the vision, mission, goals and strategies of the Operations division, a draft of key performance indicators (KPIs) and work behavior (competencies) is then compiled. This research is a qualitative study of employee performance assessment at PT Aerofood ACS Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to develop an individual performance assessment plan for the production and operations division. The proposed design included key performance indicators and competencies, performance indicator weights, and a performance assessment scale. To this end, a job analysis was conducted using interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection methods. This study resulted in 66 individual performance indicators, an assessment scale, and an employee performance assessment format
