Abstract

Compensation is a form of appreciation given by the company to employees for the contributions they have made. All companies are trying to provide compensation fairly internally, externally, and individuals. As one of the companies that are in the telecommunications industry that have a high development, PT. XYZ is one of the companies that provides telecommunications tower construction services (tower providers) that seek to meet the needs of the placement of base transmission stations (BTS) for telecommunications operators throughout Indonesia. Changes in company ownership and organizational structure of the company affect the compensation applied by the company at this time. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations to company management regarding compensation that is in line with the organizational strategic plan. Starting from the analysis stage of the company's strategy plan, explanation of the job specification, formulating the weight of each type of position which in the results will be used to determine the structure of salary, allowances, bonuses and benefits of employees of PT. XYZ Regional Office East Java. This research is an exploratory research with a qualitative approach - case study. The use of data types and sources is documents originating from the company, reports on the results of interviews with key informants, and observations. The results obtained from this study are a compensation system for employees of PT. XYZ Regional Office of East Java with the main components of the basic salary structure, benefits, bonuses, benefits, and compensation management systems in the company.
