Abstract
Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) is one of the largest government-owned banks in Indonesia. Initially, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) was founded in Purwokerto, Central Java on December 16, 1895, with a network of work units that are currently widespread. In 2013, it issued provisions regarding Marketing Incentives specifically intended for marketers / account officers in an effort to increase productivity to grow performance. However, in reality, the productivity of account officers' performance did not show significant growth. This study aims to help identify indicators of marketing incentives issued by Bank Rakyat Indonesia to determine the advantages and disadvantages of these incentive provisions and then formulate a simpler key performance indicator system both in understanding and calculation by account officers themselves. This study is a study using qualitative analysis based on case studies. The types and sources of data used are company archive records and documentation, interview reports with HR Supervisors, Head of Retail Business, Marketing Managers, and 10 commercial account officers. The results of this study are a simplification of key performance indicators for marketers / commercial retail credit account officers and implementation strategies.
