Abstract

The relationship between performance and wage factors is the basis for the framework of this writing, giving rise to the hypothesis that; It is suspected that these five wage factors have a significant influence on the performance of PT PAL's operational workers and it is suspected that the existing wage factor I is the dominant factor.
