Abstract

The relationship between performance and wage factors is the basis of the framework of this writing, thus giving rise to the hypothesis that; it is suspected that the five wage factors have a significant influence on the performance of PT PAL operational workers and it is suspected that the existing wage factor is the dominant factor.
