Abstract
One of the keys to organizational success is the leadership style applied. The new management at PT.PP Dirganeka has gradually made improvements in the areas of quality, safety, and occupational health in all units, supervision, and control of costs, quality, and time, increasing employee rewards gradually, and developing capabilities at PP University which is an implementation of cultural change in early 2012. Changes are expected to improve employee performance. In addition, this study discusses employee job satisfaction at PT.PP Dirganeka. In this study, a census method was used, which took all members of the population as samples. Data analysis was carried out by validity and reliability tests and using path analysis. The steps taken in path analysis are: 1) Development of a theoretical model, 2) Development of a path diagram to show causal relationships, 3) Conversion of the path diagram into an equation, 4) Selection of input matrices and estimation techniques for the model built, 5) Testing model assumptions, with assumptions that must be met in testing the path analysis model as follows: a) Interval/ratio scale variables, b) Outliers, c) Data normality, d) Multicollinearity, e) Recursive/one-way relationships in the system, and f) Path coefficient analysis. Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction; transformational leadership does not have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction; Employee job satisfaction does not have a significant influence on employee performance; organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance; transformational leadership has a significant influence on employee performance; organizational culture does not have a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable; transformational leadership does not have a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
