Hello, Future Leaders!
The Masters Study Program Economics was established on November 20, 2008 based on the SK for the Establishment of the Study Program No.10253/J03/0T/2008. In 2017, the Masters in Economics received national recognition through accreditation from BAN-PT with a ranking "A". The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia also trusted the Masters in Economics as one of the study programs for the Scholarship Program in the Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP). In addition, along with the transformation Universitas Airlangga as World Class University (WCU), ABEST21 internationally recognizes the relevance of the Masters of Economics in 2020 To support our goal in internationalization, we collaborate closely with Age, especially in international student support services. AGE will provide support for academic and non-academic activities such as accommodation, transportation, visa management, student orientation, and other aspects of welfare for international students. Masters in Economics also joined the AGE program such as the global mobility of students and staff.

Mission:
- Organizing and developing academic education in the field of economics with national and international standards;
- Carrying out research and scientific development in the field of economics that is recognized at national and international levels;
- Organizing community service that supports the application and development of economics.
Objective :
- Providing economic education stimulants through high quality learning to motivate students to achieve optimal potential.
- Build the knowledge, abilities and skills of all participants regarding their understanding of economic theory, econometrics and various quantitative analysis tools as well as the application of policies to relevant cases.
- Providing options for students to study a field in economics in depth.
- Build students' ability to apply economic knowledge, analytical tools and skills both theoretically, in applications and on policy issues.
