Suaramuslim.net – Die Carnegie tells the story of a prominent businessman who gave his employees a bonus. Each received US$10,000. However, no one thanked him. For a full year, the businessman felt hurt and regretted the money he had spent, even though the people he had hurt didn't realize it. He had drunk his own poison.

If he knew that through the hands of Jesus Christ, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala healed dozens of paralyzed people, yet they did not express a single word of thanks, would Jesus , peace be upon him, stop healing people?

If only he knew that the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam had cured various illnesses, prayed for goodness, had brought light from the deep darkness of life, brought heaven closer to us. Did he saw. ask someone for a reply? Has he ever asked for wealth, even just a headband for his sake? In fact, some of them turned away, denied, denied, even insulted, hurt and tried to kill him, peace be upon him. Did he saw. give up and stop doing it?

If we could understand that everything that happens is because of and with the permission of His power, including the 'good' we do and the 'evil' they do. If we could understand that the 'good' we do is only to draw closer to Him, then the word 'thank you' would be irrelevant to us. If we could also understand that their 'evil' is a test of our sincerity, then what matters most is His 'smile'.

May we be among His sincere servants. Amen .
