Entrepreneur and Business Society (Webs) Workshop Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair) successfully held a Business Visit program on April 28, 2025 in the city of Bandung with the theme "Exploring Innovation & Sustainability in Modern Industry". This activity was initiated by the website of the website website as part of a strategic effort to foster student entrepreneurial spirit, encourage innovation, and broaden insight about sustainable modern industrial practices.
On this occasion, all business visit participants had the opportunity to visit two important institutions, namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Telkom Corporate University (Telkom Corpu). Visit to IDX provides a direct understanding of the Indonesian capital market mechanism, the role of the stock exchange in encouraging national economic growth, as well as how transparency and governance become an important foundation in the financial industry. Students also gain insight into the importance of investment literacy and career opportunities in the dynamic financial sector.
Furthermore, at Telkom Corpu, participants were welcomed with exposure to digital transformation, technological -based talent development, and Telkom's innovation strategy in dealing with industrial disruption. Through the exploration of learning facilities and discussions with practitioners, students are invited to understand how Telkom forms an adaptive, innovative, and sustainable work culture.
This activity not only provides valuable field experience for participants, but also a form of real contribution in efforts to strengthen the capacity of students in understanding economic opportunities and the world of work. In addition, through activities like this, Webs is committed to continuing to encourage other forms of collaboration, along with strategic external partners for the development of future entrepreneurship programs.
