Upgrading PKK 2025: Build the Character of Management through Togetherness and Services

(PKK NEWS) Sunday, May 4, 2025 – The Human Resources Development Department (PSDM) of the Catholic Spiritual Service (PKK) of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga successfully held the 2025 management upgrading activity on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the ORI Cafe, Manyar. This activity is one of the strategic work programs to strengthen the character of the management through internal development that emphasizes the values ​​of family, responsibility, togetherness, and love in service.

All members of the 2025 PKK FEB UNAIR management team, from the core management team, coordinators, and deputy coordinators, to members of each department, enthusiastically participated in the series of activities. The event opened with a material session delivered by alumni of the PKK FEB UNAIR management team, who shared reflections on the meaning of service, commitment within the organization, and the importance of spirituality in carrying out management duties. The session took place in a warm and interactive atmosphere, providing space for participants to learn directly from the experiences of their seniors.

Following the material session, the activity continued with various group games designed to strengthen team cohesion, enhance cooperation, and build camaraderie in a fun atmosphere. Laughter and a spirit of togetherness punctuated each challenge they faced together.

The sense of togetherness was further enhanced during the communal meal, which created a friendly atmosphere among the administrators from various departments. This moment not only strengthened personal relationships but also strengthened the foundation of collective work in delivering services. The event concluded with a group photo session, both as a form of documentation and as a symbol of the unity and renewed spirit brought about by the event.

Through this activity, the PKK FEB UNAIR not only builds the organization's internal capacity but also fosters leadership with integrity and collaboration. Upgrading serves as a non-formal learning tool that shapes character, strengthens commitment, and encourages the creation of a solid and inclusive organization. It is hoped that the administrators will be better prepared to carry out their service mandate and be able to bring a positive impact to the campus community and the wider community
