(Mosaic News) - In an effort to strengthen leadership capacity while strengthening the togetherness and teamwork, Mosaic FEB Universitas Airlangga successfully held upgrading 2025 activities on May 17-18 2025 at Villa Hortensia, Prigen. This activity is a strategic agenda of the organization to build synergy between arrests and instill the orientation of organizational values to new staff.

Upgrading is an annual program designed as an internal consolidation event as well as strengthening solidarity. Through work deliberations, group games, and other collaborative activities, participants are invited to foster effective communication, build mutual trust, and develop leadership based on joint values. This is in line with the inspirational quote from Andrew Carnegie that teamwork is not only about working together, but also about directing the potential of each individual towards a common goal.

This activity also carries the spirit of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially the 17th point: "Partnership for the goals". Mosaic stressed the importance of building a strong and inclusive partnership network in presenting sustainable solutions in various fields that became the focus of the organization. Through the interaction and exchange of ideas between participants, it is expected to create a solid internal collaboration and open to external synergy with the community, the private sector, and the government.

By integrating the principles of SDG 17 In each series of activities, upgrading Mosaic 2025 is not only a momentum for strengthening the organizational capacity internally, but also as a foothold to expand collaboration that has a broader impact on the community. This also reflects Mosaic's commitment to actively contribute to sustainable development through strategic and transformational partnerships.
