(MOSAIC NEWS) — In an effort to strengthen leadership capacity while strengthening togetherness and teamwork, MOSAIC FEB Universitas Airlangga successfully held the 2025 Upgrading event on May 17–18, 2025, at Villa Hortensia, Prigen. This event is a strategic agenda for the organization to build synergy between administrators and instill organizational values in new staff.
Upgrading is an annual program designed to foster internal consolidation and strengthen solidarity. Through work discussion sessions, group games, and other collaborative activities, participants are encouraged to foster effective communication, build mutual trust, and develop leadership based on shared values. This aligns with Andrew Carnegie's inspiring quote that teamwork is not just about working together, but also about harnessing each individual's potential toward a common goal.
This activity also embodies the spirit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly point 17: "Partnerships for the Goals." MOSAIC emphasizes the importance of building a strong and inclusive partnership network to deliver sustainable solutions across the organization's focus areas. Through interaction and exchange of ideas among participants, it is hoped that solid internal collaborations and openness to external synergies with communities, the private sector, and government will be fostered.
By integrating the principles of SDG 17 into every activity, Upgrading MOSAIC 2025 not only serves as a momentum to strengthen the organization's internal capacity but also serves as a stepping stone to expanding collaborations that have a broader impact on society. This also reflects MOSAIC's commitment to actively contributing to sustainable development through strategic and transformational partnerships.
