MUSLIMAH DIARY 2025: Muslim literacy container in voicing Islamic perspectives on feminism

(Mosaic News) On 10-28 March 2025, Mosaic Division of the Mosaic Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair) held an annual program titled Muslimah Diary . This activity presents an essay competition specifically aimed at Muslim women from all over Indonesia, with the main focus of participants from Muslim women Feb Unair.

This year, the theme raised is "the role of Muslim women in addressing feminism from the perspective of Islam" , with the scope of sub -themes covering socio -cultural, educational, and economic aspects. Through this theme, this activity encourages participants to pour their critical thinking and Islamic perspective on the issue of feminism which is often a conversation in various public spaces.

The entire essay writing process is carried out independently from the location of each participant, following the provisions described in the guidebook. Essays are arranged in PDF format and collected through an official collection link provided by the committee.

The three best winners of this competition will be announced through the official Instagram account @kemuslimahanmosaic. Through Muslim Diary , Mosaic's Muslim Division hopes to encourage Muslim women to more actively spread Islamic da'wah through papers and literacy, as well as develop their creativity and intellectual capacity.

This activity contributes to supporting the goals of sustainable development (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs), especially SDG 4: Quality Education , by providing space for expression and education for Muslim women in voicing ideas and Islamic values ​​more broadly.
