

M-LEGACY DAY 1 MINUTES REPORT
On Saturday, September 13, 2025, M-Legacy 2025 Day 1 officially kicked off at Universitas Airlangga with the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of all new undergraduate Management students. With the theme "Unwritten Legacy: Be the Start, Speak the Change," this activity served as an initiative to instill courage from the beginning of students' academic journeys. From committee registration and internal briefings to the arrival of participants, the entire series proceeded smoothly and filled with positive energy.
The activity began with the registration and screening process of participants to ensure their readiness to participate in the event. After mobilizing to the gathering point, participants had a communal meal session that reflected togetherness and discipline from the start. The series then continued with the official opening in the Fadjar Hall which began with singing the Indonesian national anthem, the Airlangga Hymn, and the screening of the M-Legacy 2025 teaser. The enthusiasm was even more felt when the remarks were delivered by three representatives, namely Alya Fitria Nurhaliza as CEO of M-Legacy 2025, Muhammad Difkha Ariestha F. as Chair of the Undergraduate Management Student Association, and Chorry Sulistyowati, SE, M.Sc. who represented the Head of Management Study Program. These three remarks emphasized the importance of courage, togetherness, and pride as the identity of UNAIR Management students.
Following this, participants participated in a configuration session involving a collective game similar to paper mop. This session was designed to strengthen cohesiveness, build coordination, and foster mutual trust within the class. The activity continued with various interactive games that further strengthened relationships among the new students and lightened the atmosphere. As the afternoon approached, participants had the opportunity to rest, perform religious services, and eat lunch together. The series continued with an icebreaker and sharing session led by upperclassmen. In this session, new students gained real-life experiences and inspiration about their college journey, organizations, and how to adapt to the university environment.
The highlight of the first day was M-Talks, featuring Dunga Dwi Barinta, SE, MM, as the keynote speaker. He delivered the topic "Thriving as a Management Student: What You Need to Know," which was divided into three important sub-themes. First, Planning Your Journey, which discussed the technical aspects of lectures, starting from KRS, KPRS, SKS, KHS, to choosing courses according to interests and careers. Second, From Class to Career, which emphasized the importance of non-academic experiences such as internships, independent studies, or independent entrepreneurship as provisions for facing the world of work. Finally, Graduation Goals, which outlined the thesis writing process, the requirements for taking it, and management.

The series of activities concluded with a group gathering, announcement of group results, and briefings on preparations for the following day. The entire event proceeded in an orderly, smooth, and energetic manner. The new students were enthusiastic, actively participated, and demonstrated a sense of togetherness aligned with the values of Spirit, Unity, and Pride.
With the implementation of M-Legacy 2025 Day 1, new students are not only introduced to the lecture system and academic culture, but also get a space to build character, strengthen brotherhood, and foster a sense of pride as part of the big UNAIR Management family. This is the beginning of the journey to produce a generation that is brave, collaborative, and full of dedication in upholding the good name Universitas AirlanggaManagement.
M-LEGACY DAY-2 NEWS REPORT
Sunday, September 21, 2025, Soepoyo Hall Universitas Airlangga was again filled with enthusiasm from new Bachelor of Management students in the M-Legacy 2025 Day 2 series with the main theme "Unwritten Legacy: Be The Start, Speak The Change." After the series of activities on the first day ran successfully, the second day became an important momentum for new students to get to know the academic world better while building class solidarity.
The series of events began with participant registration, screening, and a shared meal that created a warm and togetherness atmosphere. After that, new students were directed to the main activity, the Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This forum provided an interactive space for new students to discuss current issues with the theme "The Role of Students in Responding to the PayLater Trend in the Digital Era." Students were divided into several groups with different roles, such as social media influencers, MSME owners, fresh graduates, and students without income. The discussion took place through four rounds: opening statement, strengthening positions, free debate, and closing statement. The enthusiasm of the participants was very palpable, with many critical arguments and rebuttals emerging, reflecting analytical thinking and courage to express opinions.
After the FGD, the activity continued with the M-Talks 2 session which presented outstanding alumni, Ms. R. Aj. Diajeng Widiani Hadifarica and Ms. Reza Nafi Rizqi Musyaffa with Jessica Angel Pramudinata, Ambassador of FEB Unair as the moderator. Carrying the theme "Beyond the Lecture Hall: Building Futures, Leaving Legacy," the speakers shared their experiences and strategies for surviving during college, from time management, maintaining mental health, to using productivity tools. Alumni also shared how their experiences in organizations, participating in competitions, and internships became real provisions that they used in the world of work. This session provided many insights for new students to not only focus on lectures, but also actively explore their potential through various non-academic activities.
The class' sense of togetherness was further enhanced during the Class Target session, where all new students participated in creating class banners decorated with thumbprints and personal messages of hope. This was followed by the "My M-Legacy Story," where the committee members appeared in cosplay appropriate to their respective classes.

Towards noon until the afternoon, the atmosphere became more lively with the Awarding session which gave appreciation to the most active new students and the best groups. The event continued with the Inauguration, where new students showed their creativity through drama, music, flash mob, and acoustic performances that raised the spirit of Spirit, Unity, and Pride. As a closing, an after movie was shown that summarized the journey of M-Legacy Day 2, as well as the presentation of the first work program of the class, namely M-Gathering 2025, which will be the next agenda of togetherness.
Overall, M-Legacy 2025 Day 2 ran smoothly, interactively, and enthusiastically. New students not only gained academic insight and inspiring experiences, but also built cohesiveness and identity as a class. Based on the values of Spirit, Unity, and Pride, this activity provided a strong foundation for new Universitas Airlangga Management students to dare to take initiative, actively collaborate, and take responsibility as they navigate their college journey and into the future.
