Upon arrival at Villa Tiyasa, all participants were directed to rest before the official start of the event. The opening ceremony was led by the head of E-Radio, marking the start of the Upgrading program.
The opening session featured presentations of work programs from each Division Head (Kadiv) and Deputy Division Head (Wakadiv), covering the Program Director, HRD, Public Relations, and Media Creative divisions. These presentations served as a strategic forum to align perceptions, strengthen coordination, and design concrete steps to be implemented over the next term.
Following the division presentations, the atmosphere became even more lively with a series of three games filled with enthusiasm and positive competition. These activities successfully strengthened solidarity among members and strengthened the spirit of teamwork.
In the evening, the event continued with the "Material 2" session, which was the main highlight. In this session, all new E-Radio staff were given the opportunity to present their ideas and activity plans directly to the Daily Management Board (BPH), Division Heads, and Deputy Division Heads. This session opened up space for self-expression, fostered courage in speaking, and encouraged the emergence of innovative ideas from the new members. Constructive and appreciative input was provided by senior members as a form of support for the growth of the quality of the organization's management.
Through the 2025 Upgrading program, E-Radio FEB UNAIR successfully strengthened the organization's solid internal foundation, opened up space for the development of creative ideas, and increased the confidence of the younger generation in actively and professionally participating in organizations. This activity also demonstrates E-Radio's commitment to supporting sustainable development goals, particularly in improving the quality of non-formal education, leadership development, and productive collaboration within student organizations.
