Upgrading E-Radio FEB UNAIR 2025: Build Synergy, Innovation, and Self-Confidence Through Enthusiastic Activities in Batu City

(E-Radio News) Batu, 26-27 April 2025-In order to strengthen internal synergy and foster innovation in the organizational environment, E-Radio FEB Universitas Airlangga successfully held upgrading 2025 activities located at Villa Tiyasa, Batu, Malang. This activity lasted for two days and was attended by all management and staff with high enthusiasm and extraordinary enthusiasm.

Participants in the activity gathered at the FEB Airlangga University since 08.00 WIB for briefing and preparation for departure. The journey to the location starts at 10:00 WIB using the Jisang fleet. Along the way, a warm and familiar atmosphere was created through laughter and minor chatter between participants, building a family nuance from the beginning.

Upon arrival at Villa Tiyasa, all participants were directed to do Ishoma before the official activity began. The opening ceremony was carried out by the Chairman of the e-Radio, marked the start of the upgrading agenda series.

The initial session was filled with the presentation of work programs from each Head of Division (Kadiv) and Deputy Head of Division (Wakadiv), including the Director Program Division, HRD, Public Relations, and Media Creative. This presentation becomes a strategic forum to equalize perception, strengthen coordination, and design concrete steps that will be implemented for the next period.

After the division presentation session, the atmosphere was more lively with a series of three games that were full of enthusiasm and positive competition. This activity succeeded in strengthening solidarity between members and strengthened the spirit of cooperation in the team.

In the evening, the activity continued with the "Material 2" session which was the main spotlight. In this session, all new e-Radio staff were given the opportunity to deliver ideas and draft activities directly to the Daily Management Agency (BPH), Kadiv, and Wakadiv. This session opened the space for self-expression, practiced the courage to speak, and encourage the birth of innovative ideas from new members. Constructive and appreciative inputs are given by seniors as a form of support for the growth of organizational management quality.

Through upgrading 2025 activities, E-Radio FEB UNAIR succeeded in strengthening the internal foundations of solid organizations, opening up space for the development of creative ideas, and increasing the confidence of the younger generation in actively and professional organizations. This activity is also a tangible manifestation of e-Radio commitment in supporting the goals of sustainable development, especially in improving the quality of non-formal education, leadership development, and productive collaboration in the organizational environment of students.
