(E-Radio News) Friday, February 14, 2025-E-Radio FEB UNAIR successfully held a welcome party as a place to welcome new staff while strengthening relations between members of the organization. Located in the Miendrowo Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, this event took place lively since 18:30 WIB until completion.

Carrying the theme "Inside Out", this activity was inspired by animated films that represent a variety of human emotions. The participants were present in colorful clothes that reflect their respective characters and moods, as a unique and inclusive form of self-expression.

The event was opened by the Chairman of the e-Radio, Angelika Khusnul, who introduced the history of the establishment of E-Radio Feb Unair, as well as conveying the vision and mission of the organization for the management period of 2025. In his remarks, Angelika stressed the importance of the spirit of collaborative and open communication in building solid and progressive e-Radio.

The series of events then continued with the introduction session of each division, namely the Director Program, Human Resource Development (HRD), Public Relations (PR), and Media Creative. The chairman and deputy chairman of each division describe the duties, scope of work, and excellent programs that will be carried out in the next year. This session aims to provide a comprehensive picture to new staff regarding the organizational structure and the role of the division in supporting the running of e-Radio.

After the introduction session, the distribution of staff was carried out into their respective divisions. Each member then gathered with his division to conduct a bonding session, build closeness, and equalize the vision going forward. The atmosphere was warm and full of enthusiasm coloring interactions between members who had first met in the formation of official organizations.

In closing the event, new staff guided entertaining interactive game sessions. Three types of games prepared successfully break the atmosphere, arouse enthusiasm, and strengthen the intimacy of all participants. This moment is also the initial space for courage and teamwork training in a pleasant manner.

The official event was closed with a photo session with all members of the FEB UNAIR 2025 e-Radio, marking the start of the journey of the organization that was full of enthusiasm, kinship, and new hopes for the next period.
