(E-Radio News) Surabaya, March 15, 2025-In order to increase the capacity and cohesiveness of the team in running the organization's wheels, E-Radio FEB Universitas Airlangga held Recharging 1 activities located in the Community Coffee Hall. The event starts at 16.00 WIB and lasts until the evening in an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and warmth.
Carrying the theme "Stronger Together: Fostering Collaboration and Synergy in Team", this activity is designed as a forum for strengthening a sense of togetherness and leadership in the E-Radio internal environment. The opening remarks were delivered by the Chairman of the e-Radio, Angelika Khusnul, who underlined the importance of maintaining the spirit and solidarity between arresting. The Chairperson, Buhayyah, also gave appreciation to all participants and expressed his hopes that this event would be a moment of the revival of collective spirit in the organization.

The event continued with a training session with the theme of Leadership and Organizational that was delivered by Ms. Nurul Khaira, SE, M.Si., Lecturer in Management of FEB Unair as well as e-Radio coaches. In the session, Ms. Nurul explained the importance of inclusive leadership character, effective team communication, and adaptive organizational management strategies in the digital era. A warm interaction occurred in a question and answer session, showing high enthusiasm from the participants.
Towards the time of breaking the fast, the event was filled with breaking the fast together which strengthened the closeness between caring and coaches. After Ishoma's time, the atmosphere returned lively through the Fun Games session, where all participants were divided into two teams and competed sporty in various games that spur the team's cohesiveness.

Ahead of the closing, the participants were invited to fill the impression and message as evaluation material for further activities. Many of them expressed their pleasure and grateful for the activities that strengthen relationships, broaden insight, and motivate to continue to be active and perform better in the organization. In closing, a group photo session was held and created creative video content (Tiktokan) which was uploaded on the official e-Radio social media and received a positive response from the public.

Through this Recharging 1 activity, FEB Unair e-Radio not only strengthens internal solidarity, but also builds the foundation of adaptive and collaborative young leadership. This program is the first step in creating a dynamic, creative, and highly competitive organizational ecosystem in the faculty and campus environment.
