Welcoming the new management: Pre-Excam as an effort to strengthen the internal KSPM FEB Airlangga University

(KSPM NEWS) Mojokerto – In order to welcome the new management, the Capital Market Study Group (KSPM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) through the Human Resources Division held a Pre-Excam activity as a form of internal strengthening and a forum for building solidarity among members. This activity was held for two days, namely on Saturday–Sunday, April 26–27, 2025, in Trawas, Mojokerto. All members of KSPM FEB UNAIR were encouraged to participate in this activity to get to know each other better, so that the implementation of future work programs could run more solidly and efficiently.

To strengthen bonds among members, the committee held various group bonding games and a campfire session in the evening. During this event, each division presented creative performances as a form of collaboration and team cohesion. Through Pre-Excam, KSPM FEB UNAIR not only built a spirit of togetherness but also supported the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). This activity encouraged the formation of a positive, inclusive, and supportive organizational environment—an important foundation for the mental and social well-being of all members.

More than just an internal agenda, Pre-Excam embodies KSPM's commitment to building an organization with effective governance, a collaborative culture, and readiness to face the challenges of self-development and capital market literacy in the future. This activity also serves as an important foundation in establishing a healthy and collaboration-oriented organizational culture. By creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, Pre-Excam encourages leadership capacity development, strengthens inter-divisional communication, and builds an organizational structure that is adaptive and responsive to challenges. By strengthening the values ​​of togetherness and effective governance, KSPM FEB UNAIR continues to strive to create an organizational environment that empowers each member to grow and contribute optimally.
