(KSPM News) Upgrading Competition is one of the work programs of the Human Resources (HR) Division of the Capital Market Study Group (KSPM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga . This activity is intended for internal members of KSPM FEB UNAIR with the form of internal competitions to hone the capabilities of the capital market. upgrading competition was held from May 8-24, 2025 divided into two stages, namely mentoring and the peak of the race on May 24 in the Parlinah Hall.
In upgrading competition , the HR division makes three competition categories, namely trading , stocklab, and stock case . This time, all KSPM internal members were divided into 8 groups. In each group, 3 people will compete in the trading , 2 people represent the stocklab , and 3 people represent the Stock Case . Trading runs from May 8, and all groups must sell their shares on May 21 with a minimum of 10 transactions. Stocklab was held on the D-day of upgrading , which is May 24, 2025. Stocklab is a card game that aims to provide education about capital market investment. In the Stock Case , each group must conduct an analysis of two issuers and provide recommendations for buy, sell, or hold the issuer shares according to the results of the analysis conducted. The analysis is presented in the form of PowerPoint which is then presented on the D-day of the upgrading competition .
In the assessment process, the designated judges are four KSPM members who are also mentors for each group, namely Ahmad Reva Dany, Pieter, Adi Nugroho, and Dhilla Avrylia. The winner will be determined based on the average value of the three competition categories.

Champion I: group 5
Champion II: Group 8
Champion III: Group 2
Overall, this activity provides quality education through a race that is designed comprehensively for each member of the KSPM FEB Universitas Airlangga, by combining aspects of theory and practice in the capital market. Through three competition categories, KSPM members are not only honed by their technical and analytical abilities, but also the ability to work together in teams and critical thinking. After the holding of this activity, it is expected to be able to spur the desire of members to compete at a larger level.
