
(BEM News) - Cabinet Room (Rubik), an internal program initiated by the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (BEM FEB UNAIR), was again held with enthusiasm to strengthen the capacity of organizations and human resource development in the BEM management environment.
This activity not only focuses on improving technical skills, but also encourages the development of interpersonal aspects, leadership mentality, and a sense of kinship between members. Through various training sessions that are compiled comprehensively, Rubik aims to equip functionaries with skills in managing organizational dynamics and readiness in dealing with various challenges during the management period.
One of the main agendas in the rubik is a talk show session titled self -awareness and a balance of life , which presents Prof. Nurul Hartini, S.Psi., M.Kes., Psychologist, as a resource. In this session, Prof. Nurul conveyed the importance of maintaining a balance between personal life and organizational responsibilities, as well as providing insight into how to maintain motivation and mental health in organizing.
Rubik also clearly supports several sustainable development goals (SDGs), including:
- SDG 4 - Quality Education, through organizational capacity building training;
- SDG 5 - gender equality, by ensuring inclusive and equal participation;
- SDG 8 - decent jobs and economic growth, through strengthening the professionalism of the management; And
- SDG 16-Peace, justice, and strong institutions, by instilling transparent and fair leadership values.
The activity was held on May 8, 2025 in the Soepoyo Hall, FEB Lt. Building. 3 was opened with a remarks from the Chairperson, Aizha Faustina Almaaldiza Gunawan. He expressed his gratitude and gratitude for the implementation of the event which became a reflection and learning space for the functionaries.
BEM President FEB UNAIR 2025, Renandra Aryasakti, also expressed his appreciation of the theme raised. He stressed the importance of self -awareness and the balance of life as the main foundation in carrying out the role as part of the student organizational structure.
The high enthusiasm of the participants is proof that the material presented has a strong relevance to the daily life of the functionary. It is hoped that through this activity, the management can be more prepared and resilient in dealing with organizational dynamics, as well as continuing to develop personally and professionally in order to form an active, solid, and positive impact.
