(BEM News) Department of Professional Development of BEM Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair) again presents a superior program of skills development titled Self Development Program Volume 1. This activity is held online through the Zoom Meeting on Monday, June 30, 2025, and focuses on strengthening student hardskill, especially control of Microsoft Excel as one of the important competencies in the work world.
Carrying the theme "Excerate Your Journey: From Student to Standout", this bootcamp is designed to equip participants with relevant and applicative technical skills. The training material includes the basic introduction of Microsoft Excel, Data Cleaning, Data Formatting and Processing, Use of Match and Lookup Index Functions, Logic Calculation, Pivot Table Making, to the Completion of Final Project Based on Data Analysis.
All training sessions were delivered by Edspert.id, a professional training institution that has been officially certified. This program consists of eight live training sessions, access to material and exclusive classes, as well as learning recordings that can be accessed again. Students who follow the entire series will also get e-certificate attendance and graduation that has been licensed from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower. This certificate can be claimed as a SKP (Credit Unit of Participation) by FEB UNAIR students.
With a participation fee of Rp160,000, the Self Development Program Vol. 1 not only offers technical training, but also added value in the form of professional credentials that can strengthen student portfolios when entering the workforce.
Through this program, the Department of Professional Development of BEM FEB UNAIR hopes that students will be able to increase their career readiness early on. Not only relying on academic abilities, students are also expected to excel in practical skills needed in various industrial sectors. Self Development Program Vol. 1 is a strategic first step in building a young professional generation that is competent and ready to compete globally.
