(BEM NEWS) Surabaya, Tuesday, September 16, 2025 – The Creative Economy Department of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga , is back with FEB Market Volume 2 on September 16–17, 2025. This bazaar event is a collaborative space between the Economics Student Association (HIMA IE) and the Accounting Student Association (HIMA Akuntansi) by presenting 40 student business tenants.
Seventy percent of the tenants are internal FEB tenants, while the remaining 30 percent are external participants, creating a more lively, diverse, and inclusive bazaar atmosphere. Previously, FEB Market Volume 1 was successfully held in collaboration with the Management Student Association and the Islamic Economics Student Association. The success of this inaugural edition laid a strong foundation for continuing the collaborative spirit in Volume 2, which will be larger, more vibrant, and even more innovative.
In her remarks, Prof. Tika, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), expressed her appreciation to all those who contributed. She emphasized the importance of FEB students developing an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and courage in entrepreneurship. She stated that the FEB Market is not just a bazaar, but also a real-life learning platform for students to hone their business skills and build networks.
The excitement of this event was further enhanced by the support of the FEB Unair Entrepreneurship Center, the FEB Student Executive Board, and sponsors such as DAB Nusantara, BNI Venture, and Esteh Indonesia. Collaboration with sponsors and partners strengthened the synergy between students, the campus, and the business world. Visitor enthusiasm was also high; the bazaar area was always bustling with students and external members of the public eager to enjoy the students' creative products.
With a spirit of collaboration and solid support, FEB Market Volume 2 is a clear demonstration of the ability of FEB Universitas Airlangga students to innovate and compete in the business world. It is hoped that this event will not only become an annual tradition but also motivate students to continue working, developing their entrepreneurial potential, and bringing honor to FEB UNAIR at the national and international levels.
