On Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 08.00 WIB, BEM FEB UNAIR, with the Media Communication and Information Bureau, held the DESIGN CLASS 2025 activity with the theme "The Art of Purposeful Design" online through the Zoom Meeting platform. This activity aims to introduce the importance of digital products in the current era to the wider community, both from FEB UNAIR students, students from other faculties, and external participants who have an interest in the world of design and digital product development. This activity succeeded in attracting the attention of more than 300 participants who actively attended from various backgrounds.
Amidst the rapid development of the digital era, design skills have become crucial in various aspects of life. Design is no longer viewed merely as an aesthetic element, but also as a key foundation for strengthening communication, supporting education, and encouraging innovation. Design Class 2025 is not just an ordinary event, but a platform and movement to collectively improve design quality.
The event featured two inspiring speakers. Silvia Yuningtyas, S.Pd., Co-Founder of Batik Prabuseno, presented on the concept of digital products and the importance of creativity in design development. Meanwhile, Muhammad Alif Hafidz, Lc., Founder of Ousean Indonesia, provided technical training on using the Canva app, along with hands-on practice in digital design creation.

Through interactive workshop sessions, participants not only gain a basic understanding of digital products but also practical skills in creating compelling, valuable, and marketable designs. Through these activities, participants have the opportunity to learn the latest design techniques, enrich their portfolios, and expand their networks with fellow designers and entrepreneurs.
Thus, DESIGN CLASS 2025 served not only as a learning space but also as a platform to foster creativity, develop new ideas, and open up opportunities to develop potential in the design field. This activity contributed to the achievement of SDG 4 (Quality Education) and proceeded smoothly with high enthusiasm from all participants until the end.
