
(BEM News) Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Airlangga (Airlangga University) for the 2025 period through the Strategic Study Department (Kastrat), in collaboration with the Department of Student Resources Development (PSDM), successfully organized the "Assistance Room" program on 27-28 February 2025.
The "uniformity room" aims to improve the basic competency of functionaries to be able to design and implement work programs effectively, measurable, and impact oriented. The focus of training includes important skills such as strategic thinking frameworks, the preparation of policy briefs , and social analysis (Ansos). It is hoped that this program will be able to create uniform work standards, improve the efficiency of program implementation, and strengthen cross -departmental synergy in the BEM FEB UNAIR body.
The first day of the activity began with the opening, singing the national anthem, as well as remarks from the Head of the Department of Kastrat and President BEM FEB UNAIR. The activity continued with the pre-test and exposure to the Grand Design of BEM FEB UNAIR by the President and Vice President. The main session of the first day presented Rino Alfian Muhammad Shobari who brought material about framework , followed by a question and answer session, handover of certificates, and explanation of the second day of the agenda.
On the second day, the activity was reopened with a remarks from the Head of the Kastrat Department, BEM President FEB Unair, and representatives of the Dean of FEB Unair. The first material was delivered by Mr. Komaidi Notonegoro, SE, ME, Ph.D., who reviewed the Policy Brief Writing . The next session was the delivery of Ansos material by Faiz Nursyahbari, which was then closed with a question and answer session, handover of certificates, and post-test and documentation.
The "uniformity room" program received a positive response from the functionaries, which showed high enthusiasm to capacity building and increasing internal synergy. This initiative is expected to be a strong foundation for the sustainability of the BEM FEB UNAIR 2025 work program, while strengthening the contribution of students as agents of change that is competent, collaborative, and adaptive to social and organizational dynamics.
