(Access News) Readiness to face various academic competitions is a challenge as well as a golden opportunity for students in the current era. Realizing the importance of fostering achievements from an early age, KSEI Access Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair) again held an annual program titled Preparation for Competition (POC) 2025 on Saturday -Sunday, 3-4 May 2025 online through the Zoom Meeting.
This activity aims to provide debriefing for students from various regions in Indonesia to be better prepared in facing various competitions, ranging from business plans, essays, scientific papers, to international competition. Not only honing technical skills, participants are also guided to be able to balance academic achievement with organizational activities.
POC 2025 presents four inspirational speakers who are young and international outstanding figures. Among these are Hasan Abdul Bar (PIMNAS 36), Arif Nur Prastyaji ( Southeast Asia Business Competition ), David Christopher Tjandra (National Achievement Student 2024), and Rafi Aurelian (Champion UNESCO Hackathon ). All four of them share experiences, competition tips, and strategies to build an achievement portfolio effectively.
The activity was opened with a remarks from the Chairperson of KSEI ACSES FEB UNAIR as well as a technical explanation from the Organizing Committee. For two days of organizing, participants seemed active in question and answer sessions, discussions, and filling material reflection as a deeper form of understanding.
POC 2025 is not just a competition for the competition, but also a concrete form of support for Sustainable Development Goals 4: Quality Education . Through inspirational webinar series with outstanding speakers, special guidance through coaching clinic, as well as exclusive modules "ACESS JAWARA", POC tries to provide an inclusive, exciting, and quality learning experience. One of the main attractions is the "ACESS JAWARA" module which is designed directly by the ACESS team, providing a complete guide for the preparation of the competition. Participants also get access to webinar recordings, slide material, and certificates, as well as the opportunity to follow the coaching clinic flexibly with achievement mentors from ACESS.
POC 2025 succeeded in becoming an interactive learning room that brought together students from various regions in Indonesia to share enthusiasm, knowledge, and experience. It is hoped that this activity can give birth to competitive generations that are not only active in organization, but also excel in the national and international academic arena.

The activity took place online through the Zoom Meeting platform and was attended by students from various regions in Indonesia.
POC 2025 is designed as an intensive coaching space for students to be more prepared to face various academic competitions, ranging from business plans, essays, scientific papers, to international events. This program not only focuses on improving technical skills, but also encourages participants to balance academic achievements and productive organizational activities.
