Ngode 2025: Collaboration of Airlangga University and UINSA Present a self-care container and student self-development

(AcSES NEWS) SURABAYA, 31 Mei 2025 – UKMF Penalaran AcSES Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) melalui Divisi HRD berkolaborasi dengan KSEI SEDIC Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel (UINSA) menyelenggarakan kegiatan bertajuk “NGODE (Ngobrol with HRD)”, juga dikenal dengan sebutan AESTHEDIC, pada Sabtu, 31 Mei 2025 di Aula Mindrowo FEB UNAIR. This activity combines the concept of seminars and beauty classes, which takes place from 08.00 to 15.00 WIB, with the main aim of providing education about self-care, self-development, and beauty ethics.

Raising the theme "Beauty with Integrity As We Embrace Ethical Elegance", this activity responds to the increasing awareness of students - especially women - the importance of self -care holistically, including physical, mental and social aspects. This program becomes a place that not only enhances the outside appearance, but also builds confidence, character, and strong personal ethics.

The Chief Executive, Safira Khiyarotun Nisa, in his remarks expressed his hope that the code could become a safe and productive space for students in exploring their potential. "We want this activity not to just beautify the outside appearance, but also build self -confidence and personal ethics," he said.

The series of events included inspirational talk shows with Tazkiyya Zuyyin N., East Java Cultural Ambassador 2023, Question and Answer Session, to Beauty Class practices guided by beauty brand partners. More than 30 participants from Airlangga University and UINSA actively participated throughout the activity, creating an interactive and enthusiastic atmosphere. As a form of appreciation, the "Best Makeup" award is given to participants with the most creative performances in the final session.

Ngoding activities are also a form of synergy between two higher education institutions, reflecting the implementation of SDGs number 3 (healthy and prosperous life) through self-care education and mental health, SDG number 5 (gender equality) by encouraging women's empowerment in developing their potential, as well as SDG number 17 (partnership to achieve goals) through collaboration between educational institutions as a model for empowering students as a model for empowering students as a model for empowering students.

The event was closed with a joint documentation session of all participants and committee as well as the surrender of placards as a symbol of collaboration and appreciation. It is hoped that coding activities can become an annual program that continues to contribute to strengthening soft skills, personal branding, and student welfare in a sustainable manner.
