On 4 - 5 February 2023, the UNAIR website conducted the Youth Entrepreneur Camp (YEC) activity as one of a series of welcoming events by providing entrepreneurial materials with seniors through sharing sessions and practical activities, namely building a small business in groups. Through this activity, the Webs management introduces what activities will be carried out on the website itself, instilling the spirit of entrepreneurship to new members, fostering a sense of solidarity and cooperation between members, and strengthening the network and kinship between members and alumni. After this activity too, we hope that the website can establish supportive cooperation and kinship to be able to achieve a vision with the website that is growing together into an independent young entrepreneur.  

Through YEC activities that we hold by providing material supplies in the form of entrepreneurship, hope to support SDGs Number 4, namely by providing relevant, quality, and practical education to new members who can help them in developing skills and knowledge related to the entrepreneurial world. Our hope, this activity can contribute to improving the quality of education and learning that can prepare UNAIR WEBS members for the future. In addition, YEC activities also help create opportunities to provide proper jobs by providing entrepreneurship training to new members of the Webs. This encourages economic growth by stimulating entrepreneurial spirit through collaboration in building small busines in groups so that their potential emerges to become independent entrepreneurs and contribute to local and national economic growth. Thus this activity supports SDGs number 8 by promoting decent work, economic growth, and entrepreneurial independence. Through this activity, we also support SDGs number 17 by creating a strong partnership between seniors, new members, and alumni. Thus, YEC promotes partnerships that support mutual growth and success, which is an important aspect of achieving sustainable development goals, including the Joint Vision of Webs to become an independent young entrepreneur.
