In the 2023 "UPGRADING" event, there are several series of events consisting of the delivery of materials and cases by the Board of Directors (BOD) and continued with case presentations and feedback from the Mainboard as an opening activity. After that, it continued with the most important activities in this upgrading event, namely a sharing session with the aim of strengthening relationships between members and a performance evaluation session to find out input and opportunities that can be applied to the work program during the 2024 management period. This Upgrading activity was packaged in a pleasant atmosphere accompanied by several games and shared dining activities aimed at making all WEBS members feel comfortable in the WEBS family. The Upgrading activity was carried out for two days and one night, precisely on August 21 and 22, 2023 and was located at Villa Agepe Pacet.
