The School of Business Internal (SOBI) is a work program exclusively for Webs internal members. SOBI aims to provide robust training and support in building and growing their businesses. The program is based on two main components: mentoring by business experts in various fields and collaboration with Webs alumni.

One of SOBI's primary focuses is providing Webs members with the opportunity to learn from successful business experts in their respective fields. Through the mentoring program, Webs members can access invaluable insights, knowledge, and practical experience. This will help them develop the skills necessary to plan, launch, and manage their businesses more effectively. These mentors will provide personalized guidance and a deep understanding of various aspects of business. 

SOBI also has a broader mission that aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) number 8, namely supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, creating a full and productive workforce, and ensuring decent work for all. Through this program, SOBI plays a vital role in advancing the SDGs by empowering Webs members to become successful entrepreneurs and contribute positively to economic growth, job creation, and improving the quality of the workforce.
