The current era of globalization demands that every individual continuously develop their personal potential. This is due to the increasingly pressing need for reliable and professional human resources (HR). Every individual is required to continually explore their potential and compete for increasingly limited professional career opportunities. Leadership and the ability to collaborate within an organization are also key aspects required for individuals to survive in this intense competition.

Therefore, we created a “ COMPETITION CONSULTANT ” with the aim of preparing WEBS members who will participate in competitions both at home and abroad . This activity was held on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 and Friday, November 16, 2018 at Artdate Cafe. This activity has not met the target of attendance or participants from WEBS members due to the lack of participation of WEBS members. However, the results of this activity meet the achievements, because several participants from this activity won the competition or entered the final. With direction from WEBS alumni and WEBS members who have a lot of experience in the field. This activity was carried out with the aim of developing Human Resources members of Universitas Airlangga . Through COMPETITION CONSULTANT , WEBS members are expected not only to succeed as an organizer, but also to achieve achievements in the field of entrepreneurship both at home and abroad.
