The Student Legislative Body (BLM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) successfully held an Upgrading and Hearing activity on Friday to Saturday, April 18-19, 2025, which took place at Villa Dharma Ledug, Prigen District, East Java. This activity was themed KAMI (Develop Harmony) and aimed to develop the quality and potential of BLM members regarding the organization and its obligations.
This Upgrading and Hearing was attended by all active members of BLM for the 2025 period and was filled with various materials presented by competent speakers in their fields. During the activity, participants were expected to be able to show high enthusiasm in following each session and actively discussing, as a form of their commitment to improving the quality of their performance as representatives of the Student Legislative Body.
As a conclusion from this Upgrading and Hearing activity, its close relationship with several sustainable development goals can be identified. Capacity building for BLM members directly contributes to SDG 16, Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, by building effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at the student level. Therefore, this Upgrading and Hearing activity not only benefits the potential development of BLM members but also contributes to the achievement of the sustainable development agenda.
