The Student Legislative Body (BLM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) successfully held a series of Open Recruitment and Welcome Party for new staff. This activity aims to recruit students who are competent in the field of legislation and student advocacy and strengthen togetherness within the organization.
The Open Recruitment which took place from February 17, 2025 to March 2, 2025 received high enthusiasm from FEB UNAIR students. After going through the administrative selection and interview stages, finally a number of students were selected as new staff who will strengthen the BLM management in this period. Next, the selected staff will participate in the next series of events, namely the welcome party, there they will get to know and understand each other, so that in the future they are expected to work together on the mandate that has been given.
This program also aims at SDGs point 4. Quality Education, namely providing opportunities for BLM members to obtain materials related to soft skills or hard skills that are useful in the organization.
