The Student Legislative Body of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga is a higher education institution whose function is legislation (the process of creating laws). The legislative process encompasses not only the creation of laws but also education and the dissemination of existing laws. The student legislature is mandated to provide education, due diligence, and legal trial techniques. The Student Legislative Body also conducts outreach regarding existing laws to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga.

The education and outreach process related to existing regulations is expected to provide a deeper understanding to students so that in the future it is hoped that order and discipline will be created in carrying out activities in lectures, especially within the scope of student organizations. The process of realizing students' dreams based on the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely education (academic), research (creator), service (servant) or what we often call as human ideals who will be able to realize and practice the constitution based on the value of Excellence With Morality is the main mission of this activity.

The continuation of this activity is a regulatory discussion process to discuss the rules needed by student organizations and all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga, seeing the importance of this event in providing learning and disseminating information related to the constitution or all existing rules at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga , the Student Legislative Body as the executor of the legislative function considers it necessary to carry out the "2022 Legislative School" activity
