The Student Legislative Body of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga is a higher institution whose function is legislation (the process of making laws). The legislative process is not only within the scope of making laws, but also the process of education and socialization of existing laws and regulations. The student legislature has the mandate to provide education, due diligence and legal process trial techniques. BLM also carries out outreach regarding existing legislation to students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga.
The Legislative Class is a seminar organized by BLM FEB UNAIR with the theme "Integration Between Policy Makers and Executors in Creating Environmental Regulation." It will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Mindrowo Hall, Campus B UNAIR. The event will consist of a presentation on how legislative institutions can embody good governance and a question-and-answer forum.
The 2023 Legislative Class, as a medium for the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga , reflects on Quality Education in accordance with the SDGs, specifically point 4. SDG 4 explores early childhood education and lifelong learning. SDG 4 examines how universities support early childhood education, lifelong learning, and education for their countries by ensuring equal access to facilities for all.
