On August 21, 2021, the half-year term of office of student organizations, including the Student Legislative Body and the Student Executive Board, was completed. Various work programs have been implemented during this half-year term. With the numerous work programs realized, BLM FEB UNAIR requires further review of these work programs to ensure that the work programs implemented by BEM FEB UNAIR as the executor do not violate applicable laws, are more focused and can achieve success indicators. Therefore, checking and evaluation are necessary at several times during the one-year term of BEM FEB UNAIR.
The Student Executive Board (BLM) of FEB UNAIR has the authority to request accountability reports from the Student Executive Board (BEM) of FEB UNAIR, which will then be processed and published by BLM FEB UNAIR. August 15, 2021, is the deadline for submitting accountability reports, which will then be processed and published on August 21, 2021. However, in practice, there have been many miscommunications regarding the format of the accountability reports submitted by BEM FEB UNAIR. This is understandable because during the previous administration, the accountability reports submitted were the LPJ of work programs that had been fully completed. However, this year, BLM wants to change this to an accountability report on the half-year progress of the BEM FEB UNAIR administration so that BLM can later inform/publish what BEM FEB UNAIR has realized in the half-year administration. Through several negotiations, BEM FEB UNAIR and BLM FEB UNAIR agreed to postpone the evaluation, so that BEM FEB UNAIR can prepare an accountability report in the form of progress.
August 27, 2021, UNAIR FEB Student Executive Board Mid-Year Evaluation Session. This mid-year session is expected to further synergize with BEM and BLM and implement checks and balances for mutual progress in serving the FEB community. The session began with a prayer and remarks from the Chair of the Student Legislative Body and the President of the Student Executive Body. It was then followed by a discussion of the session's rules of procedure led by the interim presidium. Following the discussion of the agreed-upon rules of procedure, the session continued with a presentation and evaluation session, followed by a closing and documentation session. At the Mid-Year Evaluation Session, Commission A collaborated by appointing Commission B to serve as the presidium that would lead the session.
The publication of the BEM FEB UNAIR Mid-Year Evaluation contains several work programs of Commission A BLM FEB UNAIR, namely the Evaluation of the Vision and Mission of BEM FEB UNAIR, the Evaluation of Work Realization Based on the Aspects of the Work Direction Outline and the assessment of BEM FEB UNAIR in official letters. This is a form of accountability of BLM FEB UNAIR to the FEB community. The BEM FEB UNAIR Mid-Year Evaluation can be accessed through the following link: bit.ly/ParuhTahunBEMFEB
