The Standing Procedures Meeting was held on March 25, 2025, starting at 11:30 a.m. WIB in the Soepoyo Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga. This activity aimed to establish and ratify the working procedures of the FEB Unair Student Legislative Body for the 2025 term to the FEB Unair Student Executive Board, including the mechanism for submitting proposals, interruption rules, and the voting system.

In addition to strengthening the effectiveness of internal decision-making, this session is expected to encourage the principles of transparency and active participation of members, in line with SDGs 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).

In addition, through collaboration between internal and external institutions, this session also supports SDGs 17 (Partnerships to Achieve the Goals), with the hope of creating synergy across organizational structures in implementing future work programs.

As a result, the official rules of procedure were ratified and the standard operating procedures were established for all legislative activities during the 2025 term. The session concluded with a reaffirmation of all members' commitment to implementing the agreed procedures, ensuring that every legislative step is carried out effectively and efficiently.
