The Upgrading activity is a work program of the Catholic Spiritual Service (PKK) FEB UNAIR with the aim of fostering a sense of family, togetherness, responsibility, and love among Catholic students of FEB UNAIR. With this upgrading, it is hoped that all active PKK FEB UNAIR 2021 administrators will be able to understand, comprehend, and be able to carry out their duties and obligations during their one-year term. This activity was carried out via Zoom and took place on May 29, 2020. It started on Saturday morning at 10:00 and ended on Saturday afternoon. This event was attended by all active PKK FEB UNAIR administrators for the 2021 period. The theme for this Upgrading was Cultivating the Spirit of Service during the Pandemic.

The program began with registration of participants attending the Zoom meeting before the event began. The opening ceremony was marked by a prayer. This was followed by remarks from the Head of the PKK FEB Unair and the Head of the Upgrading Committee. After the opening session, the next session included material and discussion delivered by Father Greg Kukuh Nugroho. The session lasted 45 minutes and was followed by a 15-minute icebreaker. After the icebreaker, an alumni sharing session followed. This session concluded at 12:00 PM.

The event concluded with a thank you to the priest, alumni, and all the PKK FEB Unair administrators who attended the upgrading ceremony. A virtual group photo was taken at the end.
