This is one of the work programs of the Human Resources Development Division of Catholic Spiritual Services, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga . This activity aims to evaluate the performance of the management for one period, as well as celebrate all the joys, sorrows, and togetherness during their tenure as administrators.
The Farewell Party agenda also serves as an event to give appreciation to the administrators during their tenure, not only that, there is also a session to listen to what the administrators have complained about over the past year. This is a form of our support for SDGs 3, Good Health and Well-Being, where this farewell party supports mental well-being by creating a positive atmosphere.
