Welcome Party SEKTOR 2025 is an annual event held by the SEKTOR Press and Publishing Institute as a form of welcoming new members. This activity is a gathering place, an introduction to community culture, and an initial forum to foster a sense of family and solidarity among members.
Through this activity, SEKTOR hopes to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, strengthen communication between members, and build a spirit of togetherness from the beginning of the organizational journey. In addition, this activity is also the first step in fostering a spirit of work in the world of press and publishing.
This event is in the form of a relaxed and interactive meeting that includes several activity sessions, including:
? Introduction and Ice Breaking Session
The activity begins with getting to know each other among members to create a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Ice breaking is designed with simple games that are fun and full of laughter.
? Sharing Session with BPH LPPM SEKTOR
In this session, participants will hear stories and experiences from BPH LPPM SEKTOR about their journey in this community. Starting from the beginning of joining, challenges in working, to tips for maintaining consistency in the world of press.
? Agenda Design
Participants are invited to discuss in groups regarding the planned agenda projects that will be carried out in the future. This activity aims to train teamwork and open up space for exploring new ideas in the field of press and publishing.
? Bonding & Documentation
A free session where participants can interact more closely with each other, while capturing warm moments in photos. Cameras are ready to capture the smiles, laughter, and warmth of the new SEKTOR family.
