E-Radio FEB Universitas Airlangga is holding an Upgrading program supported by the Department of Student Resource Development. The goal of this activity is to improve organizational competency for all E-Radio administrators and members by 2024. Through this program, it is hoped that each individual can develop leadership character and knowledge of organizational dynamics, as well as strengthen collaboration among E-Radio members through a series of organized activities.

The Upgrading program is also in line with the achievement of SDGs Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by providing training and organizational skills development to participants. Furthermore, the program aims to improve other skills relevant to the world of work, so that participants have a better chance of obtaining decent work or achieving success in the future. This activity is intended for all E-Radio administrators and members in 2024, and will take place for 2 days on March 9-10, 2024, at Pondok Villa Pak Guru, Claket, Pacet, Mojokerto Regency.
