DESCRIPTION
A farewell party is a tradition often held when colleagues, friends, or colleagues are about to part ways. Farewell parties are also typically held to celebrate the success of an event, to mark the departure of one or more members of a group or community who are resigning or being transferred. Farewell parties also signal the time for an organization's members to part ways. As the saying goes, "where there is a meeting, there must be a parting." For a year now, all members of E-Radio have expanded their roles to become members or administrators.
Every day, there's bound to be laughter within this organization. Over the course of a year, we've all been working together on a project and getting to know each other. Therefore, Economics Community Radio is holding the "Farewell Party 2022" program under the auspices of the Human Resource Development (HRD) division. This program provides a platform for all members of the organization to directly exchange ideas across divisions and evaluate the performance of the project.
This activity is also closely related to SDG number 3, which is about ensuring the health of all people and promoting well-being for all ages, especially mental health. This is related to, holding this farewell party will bring happiness, which is closely related to a person's mental and physical health. It is also closely related to SDG number 4, which is related to quality education. Because at this farewell party this time, a sharing session will be held among all members, which will certainly give rise to both opinions and exchange of ideas with each other. An awards session will also be held to mark the best staff, thus raising high spirits for every member who attends the farewell party later.
